Email configuration Narre Warren - Telstra is currently updating their email provider to exchange, if you have relocated or signed up as a new customer with Telstra, chances are your email configuration settings have been updated. If this is the case you will need to visit Telstra's support page where they have a detailed documentation on what configuration settings to use based on your email address.
The newest email service is exchange which is provided by Microsoft, it's a high quality service with features such as truesync where as the emails deleted on one device will update all others in completely removing the deleted email. Older Telstra customers will be on a POP or IMAP service which may have been updated to exchange, Telstra would have sent you a notification email if you have been upgraded to the new service.
