Fix Email issues

Computer Services Mornington - Client contacted us claiming his Email has stopped on all devices.
We assisted him remotely and found out that it was a Password issue
which we changed and reconfigured Mail settings on his IMAC and other devices.
Advice for anyone with Email problems try reset your mail settings in Mail or Outlook Application
or reset your password.


Laptop Hard-drive replacement

Computer Services Elsternwick -  Client called us regarding a slow laptop, we sent out a tech for on-site support and after running system diagnostic software the issue was due to the hard drive malfunctioning. We successfully installed an SSD, retrieved all the data, installed a fresh copy of windows and reinstalled all required applications. The SSD made a significant difference in boot speeds and overall general functionality. Another happy customer who even gifted us some cookies!!


Fix network and printer issues

Computer Services Carrum Downs - Client called us to report printer & network connectivity issues, we arrived on-site to find a faulty network cable on one of the main workstations which we replaced. They purchased a new printer which required configuration and requested their old printer to be relocated. We then tested the network printer to make sure the it was accessible from each computer on the network. Another happy business client, we were able satisfy.


Macbook Pro running slow

Narre Warren Macbook Pro

Computer Services Narre Warren - Client contacted us claiming her Macbook Pro wasn't performing as fast as it usually performs. We assisted her remotely and  found the issue to be a virus which we removed and installed anti-virus protection. The first indicator of a virus is the the computers resources are being maxed out, a removal tool such as Malwarebytes should resolve the issue but an anti-virus should be installed after the virus has been removed.
